MTTA operates this management platform to support memberships, event administration, participant records, and payment operations for the Manitoba Table Tennis Association. The public informational website remains available at https://mtta.ca.

We may collect account details, role assignments, profile data, event participation details, membership status, and payment metadata needed to operate the platform. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly by this platform.

Information is used to provide access control, administer memberships and events, communicate about account actions, and maintain an audit trail for administrative accountability.

We use service providers such as Convex for application data, Vercel for frontend hosting, Resend for transactional email, and Stripe for payment processing. Data residency is not restricted to Canada for this initial release.
