Terms of Service

This application is the management platform for MTTA operations. It supports account access, member administration, event workflows, and payments. It does not replace the public informational website content hosted on mtta.ca.

Users are responsible for accurate account information and safeguarding their login credentials. Admin, coach, and referee access is assigned manually by administrators. There is no self-promotion path to administrator access.

Payments are processed through Stripe in accordance with Stripe terms and the MTTA membership process. Refund execution is handled outside the platform through administrative review and the Stripe Dashboard.

Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or submit false membership or event information.

MTTA may update this platform, these terms, and operational policies as the management system evolves. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
